Happy Halloween (In Costume)

Norah was supposed to be Arlo for Halloween...but she kept wiping the face paint and wouldn't leave her ears on. So everyone thought she was a kitty. By the fourth house...I just started agreeing.

I was worried she'd be afraid of this mask...but she just giggled and focused on her very first lollipop. When I took the mask off later that evening, she kept trying to put it back on me.

Kept putting the mask back on you? Now that's funny.

Yes, that is very funny that your daughter likes you better with the mask on. ha ha

Her first lollipop, lucky girl! I didn't dare offer one to Xavier (I'm still imagining it would crumble between his big mini-molars and a piece would lodge in his throat to choke him), but I did allow him a couple licks off mine... he didn't think it was all that fun, because he took a lick, walked off, found out he had nothing left in mouth already, and after two times he gave it up as a lot of work for not much substance.

PS. Hey I noticed you changed Simon's blog title in your links on the right... I'm missing a joke there, me thinks.

Mark and Jet - She's basially just learning wear things go. She tries to put my shoes on my feet and hats on my head. Hopefully, she's just practicing the concept that masks go on faces. But there's no denying it's an improvement in my case ;)

Emilie - I don't really know that i can explain....other than to say it's a war that has been going on for some time between us. You'll find a similair thing on in his blog roll ;)

That's about the creepiest jack o' lantern I've ever seen. And the painted pumpkin is pretty scary there too.

Cute Norah!
